SPRE@Virgin PSF

There are two kinds of way to produce 100% virgin polyester staple fiber, one is from PET chips, another is from polymerization PTA and MEG directly. Our virgin PSF is second way which is mainly used for 1.2D and 1.4D PSF for spinning usage, but we establish a small line to produce 0.9D-1.5D microfiber, and 3D-15D HCS/HC PSF for filling hometextile.

 

Due to stable quality of virgin raw material, so virgin fiber’s quality is very stable, color is very white, and better hand feelings, better resilience.

 

Also, the virgin price fluctuates very quickly due to their raw material, PTA and MEG is extracted from oil, and there are PTA and MEG futures, so virgin fiber price will change when the PTA and MEG index changes.
